I have been seeiing a blue parakeet at the bird feeders behind my house for the past several weeks from approximately mid-July to the present. I live off the Edsall Road exit in Alexandria, VA. I have put up several flyers around the Windy Hill commumity in an effort to locate the parakeet’s owners without success.
