He’s a 3 years old male parrotlet named Mega. Light blue, white, and a bright navy blue color on his back. He’s quite bipolar and may be feisty, so if you find him, pls keep in mind. He’ll attack anything that flutters such as paper or tissue. He may be scared of strangers, so my advice is to flutter a paper so that he comes to attack it and then attempt to capture him. It may not sound ideal, but it is one way to get him to you. You can also call his name “Mega” or show him some seed or water in a cup, he’ll dive into those. You can wiggle your finger to indicate that you’re there to pet him, he may open his mouth as if he’s going to bite out of fear (but he won’t really), so be slow when approaching your finger and he’ll let you pet him. He really loves neck and head scratches, so please feel free to give him some if you do find him.
