Yellow head, turquoise body, light colored wings and tail with a lot of white. Escaped out of window near Waverly Drive and Herkimer, in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. This is just up the street from Ivanhoe School. He has his wings clipped, so he can’t fly much, but can glide a little or jump about 6 feet to a low tree.
You can call him like a cat or dog, by saying Come, Good boy, etc. He will step on your finger if you say Step in a firm voice.You can pick him up easily, or throw a light napkin or towel on him and then gently pick him up. He won’t bite, very gentle
Please look around – he is probably close to the ground, looking for food. He loves millet most of all, and has lots of toys. He has a leg band – I’ll give more info on that.
He is desperately missed. I am so sorry.
