Lost bird (Arcata)
My bird got scared and flew into a tall stand of trees. We called and called; I could hear her there until about 4:30 yesterday. I think she is disoriented and moving towards Beverly Way, Wiley Court. She could be anywhere. She is a small green bird, a conure, who looks just like the lost bird that was posted last Saturday from Eureka. I guess it has been a bad week for green cheek conures. Please, please, if you see this bird, go up to her, slowly and quietly, and say “step up” and she will step onto your hand. I love this bird dearly and am feeling devasted. There is a $100.00 reward for the return of my baby.
