On June 28, this year, 2012, my small, green parrot escaped. He has been with me for 8 years. I am heat broken to have lost this dear little pet. Please, if you see or hear what appears to you to be a domestic, pet parrot, please call me, 707-407-0577. If this little guy should show up in your yard, he might land on your shoulder. If you can catch him (throw a towel or something over him, if you are afraid to handle him), please place him in a safe and secure place and call me immediately. I am offering a $50 reward.He escaped from our backyard. We live on Westgate Drive in south Eureka. However, he could fly far away from here. Near us is Elk River Road, Ridgewood Drive, Cutten area and far to the west of us is Pine Hill. Below us is the Elk River valley where there are many farm houses and there is a large nursery. Further on past the valley there are those 2 covered bridges and lots of roads that go to residences. Berta Road for example is one.However, he is capable of flying quite a few miles in any directions far from this area. (707) 407-0577
