We lost our cockatiel today in the Hamilton field area (Newport Landing to be exact). He normally stays on a shoulder, but today he flew away this morning at around 10am. He probably didn’t get too far, and we have asked neighbors, but if anyone has seen him or has him, please call, email or take him to the Marin Humane Society in Bel Marin Keys Blvd. in Novato.
His name is Sweetie and he is a white-faced cockatiel (no orange spots, grey and white all over) and is very vocal and friendly, but may not let a stranger pick him up. His picture is shown below.
