A white budgie with blue markings on his belly. Last seen June 21, at approx. 3:15 pm in the Crossing Bridge, Stittsville area. His name is TWITCH, he his very friendly, hand trained, and responds to most common whistles. He is very precious, and will land on your hand or shoulder. Twitch loves the sound of bells, and flowing water. Twitch loves to eat tortilla chips and fresh green lettuce.
