On Sunday March 11th, around 4:30 pm, our green Alexandrine Parrot flew away after being spooked by our visitor’s dog. We live in the southeast corner of Thickson Rd/Rossland Rd. area in Whitby. Monte, our green with red markings parrot flew westbound toward William Stephenson. If anyone should see him or manage to capture him, please call us. He is an indoor bird, and is NOT used to being outside. It is still too cold out there for him to be loose and we fear he won’t make it through the night. He may seem hostile, but he is NOT. He is probably just scared. He is tame and very friendly. Please help us bring Monte home safely and call 905 240 0473 or 905 242 7713. We would really appreciate any help or leads that may aid in his return…
