His name is Tweety Bird and was last sighted in Belleview Park at the North end near the dog park. He stayed there for two days (until Thursday afternoon) but we were unable to get him down. He is mostly gray with a yellow head and gets very excited when he thinks you know him. He is not comfortable with being held by people but will allow you to pick him up from the ground. He wolf whistles and barks when the door bell rings.
