Here we go again…it’s been about 2 years since our terrific neighbors helped us find our lost African Grey parrot. Loki is doing great and we’ll always be grateful that our neighbors helped get him back. But we need your help again. On Thursday afternoon, my daughter left the garage door open, unaware that my son had let our lovebird, Stormie, out of his cage while we were out. I was working out in the driveway and looked up to see Stormie fly overhead into the trees. We are heartbroken–especially since Stormie has shared a cage all his life (about 5 years) with my daughter’s beloved conure, Kermie. Kermie and Stormie are always together–preening, feeding each other, playing. Kermie needs her best friend back! Lovebirds are small, a little bigger than a parakeet. Stormie is yellow, blue and green. He will stand out from the wild birds–we don’t have anything around here that is quite the shade of creamy yellow that Stormie is. Please, if you spot him, email or call us at: 228-3208, or through this listing. He will probably seek out people when he gets hungry. I will try to add a photo to this listing later.
