His wings have not been cut since July 2018. He is not trained to flight, so he flies up and forward. He does not how to come down, stop or maneuver when flying. He may crash on walls or glass windows. He is afraid of poles, nets, or people he does not know. He must be very hungry, so he can eat whole grain cereal and any kind of nut, if you find him.
