If anyone see’s a green parakeet he may be ours. His name is Budget and he talks a lot. Im serious. He says his name, barks like a dog, laughs like my grandma and says kiss kiss kiss. we really love him so if you see him please let me know. I live in Kapolei close to the high school. Oh and he sings macho bird like macho man but bird instead. My grandma taught it to him and he sings it. if you see him in the Kapolei area please contact me. 808-450-9262.
