I took my parrotlet on a walk on my shoulder on Tuesday on West Broadway Street, in Frankfort, KY– and she got away!! I only walked from Wilma’s Linens and Lace to the YMCA, in front of the Old Capitol Building. I looked everywhere for her with no luck! It was so cold last night Im scared she may have passed away….I’m truly hoping someone found her!! If you did and you want to keep her I just want to know she’s ok!! I have food, a cage and info on her. She is a green tiny parrotlet. She needs constant attention, as she is a parrot, she needs fruits and veggies daily, and cannot be around smoke or perfumes. Her wings were recently trimmed and the vet said she is molting and has a bloodvein, so please only have professionals clip her. She is lacking a vitamin A, so she needs drops in her water, carrots, and pellets. Her main source of food right now is cockatiel organic seeds, but should be mixed with pellets. If you want to keep her it is fine, I can give you a lot of stuff for her, just PLEASE let me know she’s ok. Her name is Bebe.
