Buttons is a 16 year old male cockatiel, He is “short and squat:; grey with typical markings; very affectionate. He whistles the Andy Griffith theme song and does a wolf whistle. Buttons’ mate and their daughter both died in the past year, and he is very lonely. He will seek human contact, as he was allowed to fly freely in the house.. He likes to sit on top of your head and will try to groom you. Buttons will fly to you when he hears his name; also likes to sit on your shoulder. Buttons is a good flyer; he liked to fly, skimming the top of my head.. If you find him he may be frightened; so hearing you make bird sounds and hearing a wolf whistle or the Andy Grifiith them song would bring him comfort. Thank you for your help.
