Francis is a pretty bright aqua/blue parakeet with a blue stripe across her beak and two darker blue spots on either side of her face. She is normally friendly with people and will sit on your shoulder, head or finger. Although I’m not sure how she will act outside of her normal environment. Francis can talk and it is possible for you to hear her before you will see her. If spotted, I believe it would be best to contact us immediately so we can get to her. She may go to you right away if you call her name and put out your finger and arm. She loves millet and may be hungry enough to be lured by seed or lettuce too. If you can get her into your home, that would be ideal. We miss her so much. Thank you for your help.
