Thank you for posting this, because of it Mumbles was returned home sunday 7/24/2011 I didn’t even know this website exsisted but it got my buddy home where he belongs.

My Goffin Cockatoo managed to get out of his cage and out of the house early this morning. He’s all white and stands about a foot tall. If you spot him, or HEAR him (he likes to scream) please email me and let me know his location. If he happens to be in an area where he could be captured, the best method is to soak him with a hose and then scoop him up in a pillow case. If you get him wet enough, he won’t be able to fly away.
Thank you for any help or information you may be able to give in his safe capture and return.
