My friend lost his bird. He Is an African ring necked parrot.(green with a black beak) bigger than a cockatiel smaller than a large bird. He is clipped but escaped anyway. He is not friendly. Please let me know if you have seen him and if you do find him you will need a towel recover him. (he bites hard). He does fly and we are worried that he is out in the cold. He disappeared in Kilgore from glen hallow apartments. We are very concerned, he is not uses ti having to fend for himself. It is very cold!!!! 903 746 3334 call any time day or night.
