At about 7 pm Tuesday evening a lady named Zoe was loading a male Blue and Gold macaw named Chromo with a harness into her car on Seattle’s Capitol Hill. Apparently a dog barked and spooked the parrot, which took off harness and all. She immediately lost sight of the parrot
Location where the parrot took off was 24th and Thomas on Capitol Hill, seen flying east.
Chromo is microchipped.
