Lutino Cockatiel missing (berkeley north / hills)
A lutino cockatiel went missing today north of the Berkeley Rose Garden area, along Euclid Avenue. A lutino cockatiel is about foot long, bring yellow, nearly white, with yellow head and bring orange cheeks. She responds to her name, Alba, and can say that word to get attention and neck scratching.
