I have wonderful news for you. I got my African Grey back today!!! Im very happy.
Somebody found him three days after he was missing by her house (about a mile away from my home). She called a radio station and a lady who works there took the bird to a pet store which in turn did some investigation and called spca since I reported my lost bird there too, the rest was easy.
The owner of the pet store clipped my bird feathers, trimmed his toenails had been feeding and gave him fruits and vegetables, did not charge me a penny for incurring in these expenses.
Before releasing my bird, she asked me a lot of questions. I guess she wants to make sure I was the real owner.
