“Just wanted to let you know that Buddy has been found and is home safe and sound!!!!  Yea, we all finally got a good nights sleep knowing that he is OK!  Thanks to everyone who assists with listing lost and found pets… was awful watching him fly away and so wonderful to see the look on my daughters face when we got him back!”

“He didnt go far….across the street and down the road a bit.  One of the neighbors found him…hopped right on the little boys shoulder.  But they gave him away.  We heard from the freind of a freind of a person the bird was given to and were able to get him back.  So important to get the word out, and still you dont know if the people who find them will make any effort to return them….But he is home now and that is all that matters.  I was thankful for all the lost and found sites.  Gave us hope to see the list of all the found/reunited birds out there.  thanks again.”

Buddy is grey with a yellow head and orange cheeks. He has a heart shaped white area on his back as well as some white in the middle of his tail and the outside of his wings. On the top of the back of his head is the tiniest bit of grey, just a dot really. Buddy likes to whistle and he says hello pretty bird, but it is garbled sounding. He will sometimes hold his foot to the side of his head and beep like he is on the phone. Buddy loves to ride on head and shoulders, but does not like to be pet. His wings have been clipped in the past, and have not yet fully grown back. Please if anyone sees him call us at 920-713-6190.
