As posted on the 911PA Facebook page by volunteer, Pam:

Received a call from Jay today June 26, 2012 – 60 hours after Azaza went missing). She had landed 1/2 mile from where she went missing -underneath a bush at a nursing home. A gentleman picked her up, which was good because she is used to men. The gentleman called the police as well as an area pet store who was already aware of Azaza’s disappearance. Needless to say all are relieved. She had a quick stop at the groomer for an updated wing/nail trim before going home; Jay as well is going to check in with his avian vet for their expertise on what to do from here. Congrats to Jay and Azaza!!!!!

Azaza is a 16 month old African Grey (Congo). She is about 8 to 10 inches tall. She is grey with some red tail feathers. She should have a metal identification bracelet around her foot.

She flew out of the house on Saturday night into a neighbor’s yard. Then she got spooked and flew away.

If you have any info please call me ASAP! Will give reward. Cell: 774-392-2199. Home: 508-540-5637.
