Family’s home was destroyed during Sunday nights tornado. As they sifted through the rubble they found their Senegal, Mango, to be fine inside his cage. In order to keep him safe from all the destruction of their home they placed his cage in the driveway while they tried to gather items from the rubble. When they checked on Mango they found him and his cage missing. After everything they lost and then the joy of finding their beloved pet alive, he was taken.
Here is our request, A Parrot’s Perch Rescue is seeking any information leading the whereabouts of Mango. If you have Mango and would like to give him back you can contact us via our website and not leave any personal information. You can simply tell us when/where to pick him up.
No legal action will be taken if Mango is returned safely.
**On a side note, should anyone see a Senegal for sale please question where he came from or contact us.
We only want to help reunite this family with their parrot!

Please help! LOST: Senegal parrot named Mango, last seen at 2430 Grand – home was destroyed but Mango was safe; he was taken from rubble and set in driveway, when caregiver had to turn away for a bit, she returned to find him and his cage gone! please email with any info.
