This is a long shot, but here goes…In May 2011, my cockatiel flew out the back door of my apartment on SE 2nd Street. After four hours of chasing him, he finally disappeared. A month later, he was spotted at JC Thriftway in Toledo. No signs of him since.HAS ANYBODY FOUND HIM??Not a day went by this last winter that I didn’t worry about him. I hope that before the cold weather set in, that he sought refuge in a new home. He is about 10-12 years old, male cockatiel (see pics below). His name is Tweaker. When he sings, he whistles random notes and he also wolf whistles and screams in the early hours of the morning. He ADORES millet seed above all other seeds, and mirrors are his favorite toys. His wings are not clipped. He is very sensitive to being petted, and he has a nasty habit of flying into windows. One of the nails on his toes is very short, due to an accident flying into a door and the toe itself is slightly swollen compared to the others. He is a grouchy type, likes to try and bite but otherwise he is very social and loves company.

If anybody knows someone who has found a cockatiel matching Tweaker’s description within the last eight months, to please have them call Sara at (541) 961-7249. Serious calls only please!
