UPDATE: REUNITED!
On Saturday April 16, a little blue parakeet flew into our garage and we didn’t want him to go back outside. He’s currently in a cage up on our mantle – away from the cats – and has his own mirror to preen into all day long. He seems healthy and is eating and drinking – we want to reunite him with his family.
If we can’t find someone, Papayago Rescue House in Marietta, GA has agreed to take him in for observation and quarantine until he can be fostered or his family can claim him. We’re going to keep trying until later this week before we take him there.
