Rocko is 12 years old, his wings are not clipped, and he responds to the following familiar phrases:
Rocko, dance rocko dance, step up. If seen please call rather than approach. He likes whistling, saying I love you, asking for kisses, and doing fire alarm noises. He seems like the type that would rather lay low than fly up into the trees.
