Colorful bird flying rapidly, Northbound, along middle meridian of hwy I-5 just passed Conway, heading towards Mount Vernon. Yellow, orange back? Mid section. Looked like a yellow napped amazon? Or Macaw? Or some other mid section orangish, darker wing span.
