He was fully flighted and his cage was outside during nice days. He was either let out or opened his cage. There were Borough workers in our yard at the time. Hoping someone saw more and never said anything. We had a hurricane move through over that weekend and I never found him. If someone took him or ended up keeping him, I just want to know. He was banded and I have his original info since his hatch. I’d like to know he’s okay even if I can take him back. Thank you!
