Bird was outside my home office window at S. 55th & D Streets in Tacoma, WA. I immediately went outside and retrieved it from a shrub and brought it inside to a secure room. It has bowls of water, hulled sunflower seeds, blueberries, and quinoa. It is in a heated and safe space but it seems tired and a little checked out. Don’t have a cage or proper perch for it. HELP!
