Small and skittish, seems prone to escaping, doesn’t twitter much but has a very soft tweet. Has blue feet and a blue cere (male). Found at Clark Park. He’s currently safe in our house, plenty of good food (pellets, and seeds if he won’t eat those) and water, and he has his own cage separated from our other budgies. Contact me with proof he’s yours.
