I lost my best friend, Skye, on May 16th of this year. She was lost around the 144th Street / 101 Avenue area in Surrey, BC. Her feathers have been found in Green Timbers park (tail feathers – she always breaks them…) but I have been unable to find her. I also have heard her chirping from the forest right on the edge of 144th Street and 100th Avenue, but again, could not find her…
She is still very young, mostly white with a yellow face and bright orange cheeks. Her nose and feet are pale pink, and she is not banded. She has a small bald patch under her crest which she was born with. Her tail feathers will probably be a bit ruffled. She is a very sweet bird, does not bite (but might peck – doesn’t hurt though), loves to cuddle, and is extremely quiet for a cockatiel.
Any information on her whereabouts, or if you have found her, PLEASE email/call me. I am offering $1000 (one thousand dollars) to whoever can reunite me with Skye… Please help, she means the world to me…
