His name is Lucky and he is an about 1 1/2 year old male congo african grey. He appears to have been plucking at his breast feathers and his red tail feathers are very thin. He responds to his name and knows a variety of phrases such as “hello Lucky” and “how are you?”. He may also have picked up words and phrases other than generic parrot speech as his owner owns a massage place and he spends most of the day there. The phone numbers are for his owner, Guifen Elena, but the email is her goddaughter’s. A reward of $100 is offered for any information leading towards the successful finding of Lucky and will be doubled/tripled if you have taken him in and fed him, kept him warm, comfortable, and safe in your home. He has been reported to the Dane County Humane Society.
