Alistair is a 1 year old Senegal parrot. He is bright green in coloring with a yellow belly, a grey head and yellow-grey eyes.He is small, no taller than 8 inches.
Alistair is friendly, but will fly away if frightened or chased. He is more comfortable around women than men, but will come to both. If he is skittish, offer him your arm instead of your hand – lay it out and say “Alistair, c’mere!” and he should come. Reaching toward him can scare him, as most people’s hands are larger than he is.
He will do just about anything for a dried mango or some toothpaste. He does not speak, but loves to ‘beep’ and mimics R2D2 from Star Wars.
Please help me find him, I am new to LA and he is the only friend which came with me.
