Bubbles is a yellow indian ringneck parrot. He makes exotic noises and doesn’t sound like any regular bird on the street. He has a black leg band around his left foot. His wings hasn’t fully grown back since we clipped them. But they’re long enough that he can fly. All of tail feathers had fallen out so it won’t be as long as it should be. Instead, it will be less than half its length. He calls out “Ren” and says “I love you” We’ve never clipped his nails, so they would be a little sharp.
