July 24-14 Still missing
Our sun conure parrot flew away on July 19-14 and we lost his track on July 20 somewhere around 124 street and Hillside Avenue of Kew Gardens, on the boarder with Jamaica.
We offer a reward of $350 if you locate him and that results in capturing him.
An assistance with getting him down from a tree will be rewarded as well (cherry picker owners are welcome!)
His name is Gavarun and he is usually very friendly with people. His band number is FX xxxx- owner will complete band information
So far he has been flying from one high tree to another, too scared to try to get down. Maybe as he gets more hungry that will encourage him to go down to people. He loves sunflower seeds, peanuts and apples.
