Wings are clipped, but he was able to fly to neighbor’s tree, then flew/soared from there and we lost sight of him. He will “step up” if someone puts their finger up to him and tells him too. He doesn’t talk alot, but can say pretty boy and will wolf whistle. Lost in the vicinity of Lakeridge Park in South Seattle near Cornell Ave S and Rainier Ave.
