Milly is a very friendly cockatiel who likes to whistle and will step up on your finger and comfortably sit on your shoulder. He was hand raised so he is used to being handled. He is less than a year old and gets scared by loud abrupt noises very easily so please approach him cautiously with soft speaking tones or whistles. LOVES PIRATES BOOTY and chewing on toothpicks.
