SEP 24-14 STILL LOST WA Kent Senegal “Mali” 1SEP14
He is 18-years-old. Generally does not go to strangers. But if he was on the ground or scared, he’ll “step up.” Never bites unless stressed or spooked. Words he knows: rain today, hi there, bye-bye, pretty bird, OK, I love you, bed-bed (which generally means he has to poop or he wants to eat at his cage). He laughs, he coughs, he snores. When you cry, he licks your tears. He liked to ride only on my shoulder. He calls me “baby”. (When I have to leave him with my mother to parrot sit, he’d be by himself, but he’ll call out “baby.” He’s used to being by himself all day as long as his cage was near the window where he could sit in the sun, watch the wild birds, and all the neighborhood people and kids pass by. He sends out alarms when he sees smoke from chimneys, dryer vents, or if you’ve got a pot of water boiling until you tell him, “it’s OK.”
He loves his carrots, broccoli, chicken bones to shred, tofu, etc. He loves to chew on all sorts of cloth material (old t-shirts, old towels, pops off buttons).
He has movements I will describe to the finder…
