Neo is 7 yrs old and has never been outside. He doesn’t like humans but will allow pickup if scared. May bite, loves dogs. Likes the beginning of the Breakfast Club whistle, responds to ‘hi pretty bird,’ kissing and clicking noises. Loves animal crackers. He is banded on his left leg, available when contacted.
