The bird was a gift. it escaped from my car on my way home to north carolina. its a green girl quaker parrot, she is 3 years old and probably scared and hungry. i dont know if banded but she was starting to molt on the back of her head to the shoulders area. 561.633.6887 is my cell anytime day or night…Albert
