Billy is approximately 37 years old. He is obviously blind in his left eye.
He does not talk but he uses growls to communicate. He disappeared out of my house Thanksgiving day 5 years ago. I am offering a $500 reward for his safe return. No questions asked. Bill has been with me 30 years and I am still grieving his absence. I can’t but feel he will come home.
