He’s the blue budgie in the photo. The cockatiel is at home with us.
His cage mate also flew out but we’re unsure how he got out. He was in a locked cage at the time.
The picture provided isn’t him, but has the same coloring as his cage mate though. They both have generic petco bands on them, red or blue in color.
Ghiradelli has ALWAYS flown back to his cage in the past as he was trained to fly back at an early age. He may fly back to a cage if he sees it has food and water in it.

They’re only semi-hand tame though.
