my little conure (small parrot) escaped and flew off – he is about 6″ tall, green and blue back, wings and tail feathers, red breast and yellow head. His name is Phoenix and he also is banded. He was lost on Tuesday evening near N12th and Bluff but I know he left the neighborhood and could be anywhere.
