Tango is very friendly, probably dehydrated and injured. He will come to anyone, especially if you have a peanut. Tango will talk to strangers after a few hours, and whistle after a few minutes. He has a notable dog-whistle, truck backing up, iPhone chime as it’s plugged in, squeaky doors, etc. He also says his name, “hi” and “Tango’s a sexy bird,” as well as making R2D2 noises.
