Rossco found an open window and flew out. We have only had him 4 months. He loves Disco the talking parakeet on You Tube. If he sees a cell phone and Disco is playing then he may fly towards you. He will not come on demand. He is about 1 1/2 yrs old.
He talks like Disco. I am offering 300 dollars to anyone who finds him.
