Wears a dark red band. Feisty little thing by the name of Bluto. Will sit on you finger, fly to you, etc., but only if she’s in the mood, and usually only briefly. Seldom answers to her name, but it’s worth a shot. Flew out of cage while being loaded into car in what is technically Frederick County, VA, but which has a Winchester, VA mailing address. Meanwhile, I live in Washington, DC.
