Smaller than a parakeet. Only 13wks old. New owner picked him up from LAX united airport cargo and opened kennel in the parking lot and he got out. He is an American Turquoise AKA Dilute Turquoise Parrotlet. It is like a whitish yellow color. He is fully flighted. I will pay for his flight home and a reward.
