Oscar love people he has been seen and found in Apt complexes by the pool. He is probable looking for quite, safe place to find water and food. He was walking on the ground by the pool and some nice people fed him and gave him water. Then he crawled on a guys arm and tried to go to sleep. I has all his feathers and he flew away in the tree tops and on the roof of their building. My number is 954-263-2995. Oscar will whistles alot and says: Kiss me you fool, Go Bucks Oh-io. , Are you ok, etc. He whistles “Cat Calls” and women and is very nice. He will come for food and water we found out recently. Peanuts and almonds he loves, watermelon, bananas, and lots of water.
