Chibi went missing from Rehoboth, Ma on November 20, 2016.
He is a pacific blue parrot with male coloring. This means he has darker blue eyeshadow and darker blue back beneath his wings. He also had one white flight feather on his left wing. He does not have a leg band.
He does not talk but does react somewhat violently to the crinkling of bags.
He is an extreme cuddler and will snuggle under yarn toys or in long hair. He also has a strange habit of “holding his head on”. He would stand on one foot and hold his head with his other foot and quite often fall asleep that way.
