I have raised Chelly since he was a hatchling. We were bonded. A week after he flew away I was contacted by “Frank” . Frank told me his friend found Chelly and brought him home to Jackson Hts. Despite the $6000 REWARD the finder’s wife would not give him up. I’m hoping $6000 makes more sense now. A few months later Frank called to tell me that she was moving to Falls Church Viginia with Chelly. I don’t have her name. Frank’s last name is Federci.,and he was working in demolition. His phone never works. SO do you know of a woman that had a found African Grey that lived in Jackson Hts. She might have moved to Viginia.
